San Clemente Branch Library recently received 17 new computers installed with WebPAC, an Internet-based public access catalog that makes library service available to anyone with computer access.
Orange County Public Library patrons can now place holds on books, review their fines and check for overdue books anywhere and any time.
The library system recently installed 400 personal computers with Internet and online card catalog access throughout its 27 branches.
