Women can learn how to perform a proper self-breast exam at a special class Wednesday at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center. A step-by-step exam method will be discussed along with how to assess a person’s risk for breast cancer. The free class will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the hospital, 24451 Health Center Drive, Laguna Hills. To register, call (949) 452-7255.
