The City Council will vote tonight on a plan to team up with neighbor Mission Viejo to plant thousands of shrubs and almost 200 trees on a Los Alisos Boulevard median south of Jeronimo Road.
Under the plan, Lake Forest would pay for one-third of the $450,000 project.
The council will meet at 7 tonight at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
