Organizers for the Heritage Festival Committee will provide a shuttle for people living in the city’s southern areas so they can join the festivities at Tri-City Park on Oct. 14.
The festival opens at 7:30 a.m. with a pancake breakfast organized by the Placentia Chamber of Commerce. The Heritage Parade will start at 10 a.m.
Shuttles will pick up passengers from 7:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m. at several locations. Officials will announce specific pickup sites this week. The shuttles will take people back to their pickup sites from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
