The Community Services Department is seeking volunteers to dress up as monsters for the annual Halloween Howl. The event will take place Oct. 28 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center at 7800 Katella Ave. Information: (714) 379-9222, Ext. 270.
