Children 8 to 15 may take part in a free local competition that could qualify them for the nationwide NFL Gatorade Punt, Pass & Kick contest.
The sports event will be hosted by Newport Beach Community Services at elementary schools today through Sept. 19. One winner from each boys’ and girls’ age division will be selected to represent the city in the October sectional competition.
