The City Council today will consider a request by Dana Point-based Busk Development to increase a proposed 9,000-square-foot retail/office project by 920 square feet at 24622 Del Prado in the Town Center area.
Councilmen Harold R. Kaufman and William L. Ossenmacher want to review the changes, approved July 19 by the Planning Commission, because of the “prominence of this site in the community.”
Busk is also requesting approval on its reconfigured plan of 27 on-site parking spaces with 13 extra spaces in the Harbor Cove development across Violet Lantern.
The council meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 33282 Street of the Golden Lantern. Information: (949) 248-9890.
