Judge Allows Nader’s Parody Ads to Continue

NEW YORK — U.S. District Judge George B. Daniels said Tuesday that MasterCard failed to prove irreparable harm, and he refused to block Ralph Nader’s parody of its “Priceless” ad campaign before the full evidence is heard. MasterCard’s lawyers argued that Nader’s television ad campaign infringed on the company’s trademark and copyright for its “Priceless” ad campaign.
