City Reverses Field on Fall Football Practices

The City Section has revised its policy barring football coaches from holding practices this fall when staff development meetings are held.
Under a new policy, practice will be allowed after each of seven staff development meetings have concluded, City Section Commissioner Barbara Fiege said. Coaches had complained that players would be more susceptible to injuries if practices were not held those days.
