Anaheim police arrested a man Monday on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle, after he led officers on a 30-minute chase through two cities, authorities said.
Patrol officers spotted the 1984 Toyota Camry, which had been reported stolen days earlier, about 2:40 p.m. near the corner of Brookhurst Street and Ball Road in Anaheim, police Lt. Jeff Roush said.
The man, identified by police as Michael Radigan, 42, of Placentia, failed to stop as ordered, Roush said.
Instead, he led two police cars and a police helicopter on a chase that ended peacefully in a Buena Park cul-de-sac, where he was arrested.
