Printing Stamps

* Sigh. Here we go again--another postage rate hike. Now we will all have to endure long lines at the post office to buy sheets of one-cent stamps and/or new “I” stamps.
Why do we need to have a first-class stamp with the price printed on it? Why not just print a first-class stamp that costs 33 cents now and 34 cents in a few weeks? Granted, such a stamp couldn’t be used for international mail, but that’s a minor problem compared to the huge benefits this concept would reap.
