Tumbleweed Communications Corp., a provider of secure e-mail services, said its fourth-quarter loss would more than double that of a year ago and said it plans to cut 74 jobs, or about 20% of its work force. The warning sent Tumbleweed’s shares down $6.75, or 68%, to close at $3.25 on Nasdaq.
