Lawyer Jose Eyzaguirre said he had asked the Supreme Court to remove Judge Juan Guzman, who last month indicted Pinochet for kidnapping and homicide, from the case.
Eyzaguirre also said Pinochet will not comply for now with the judge’s order that he undergo tests this weekend to determine if he is mentally fit to stand trial.
