Jogger Finds Body Close to Cemetery

The body of a young woman was found Sunday near a cemetery, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
A jogger discovered the body just before 9 a.m. near Old Harold Road, close to Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
Detectives were still trying to identify the body Sunday afternoon and planned to search a nationwide database of missing persons for any matches, Sheriff’s Deputy Darren Harris said.
The woman appeared to be between 14 and 19 years old. She was fully clothed and may have suffered head injuries, Harris said.
