The initial public offering of Tarzana-based Unilab Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of clinical laboratory services, is expected to be priced this week, perhaps as early as today.
The company plans to sell 6.7 million shares at between $14 and $16 a share. Analysts say a strong reception for the stock could provide more evidence that the IPO market is reviving.
The stock will trade under the ticker symbol ULAB on Nasdaq.
