Spurned by Packers, Chmura to Retire

Stan Bennett, a former Santa Margarita High offensive tackle, has signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles, Santa Margarita sports information director Adrian Peters said. Terms of the contract were undisclosed.
