Fairview Park Tour, City Planning Briefing

The city’s improvements at Fairview Park, including restoring vernal pools, replanting native plants and creating a network of hiking and biking trails, will be the focus of a guided tour Saturday.
Those attending the 9 a.m. event will be briefed on the city’s plans for a botanical garden and natural history interpretive area in the 208-acre park.
The 90-minute tour will start at the main parking lot on the west side of Placentia Avenue.
