Judge Lifts Ban in Giuliani’s Divorce Case

The judge hearing Rudolph W. Giuliani’s divorce has lifted a ban against the former mayor’s two children spending the night at his home whenever his girlfriend is there.
State Supreme Court Justice Judith Gische had issued an order in March saying the children were “not psychologically ready” to have overnights with their father that included Judith Nathan. In that order, Gische advised Andrew, 15, and Caroline, 11, to get to know Nathan gradually.
