Quick Restitution in Brokerage Case
Investors aggrieved by the incestuous shenanigans between the brokerage houses and their analysts need not wait for the restitution fund to recover only a fraction of what they lost (“What Deal Means for Average Investors,” April 29).

Of course they “admitted no wrongdoing” -- and then promised not to do it again.
