Re “La Habra Girl, 16, Dies in Predawn Car-Bus Crash,” Oct. 22:
There are some unanswered questions concerning this tragedy. What are two teenagers doing out at that time in the morning? Going to school?
It is against the law for drivers under the age of 16 to be out at that time. Check your vehicle code.
Also, did the 16-year-old driver have her license for at least six months?
It is also against the law for drivers under 16 to have passengers for the first six months after obtaining a license, except under very limited circumstances.
