Doggie Bag Law Offered for Unfinished Wine

Legislation has been introduced that would allow diners to take an unfinished bottle of wine home from a restaurant.
If the bill passes, New York would join at least five other states allowing take-home wine: California, Oregon, Maine, Hawaii and Connecticut.
The law could pump up wine sales while reducing drunk driving, lawmakers said.
