Judge Maintains Seal in Scott Peterson case

REDWOOD CITY
A judge ruled Tuesday that juror questionnaires would remain sealed in the Scott Peterson double-murder case.
Judge Alfred Delucchi denied the media request to open them. The defense and prosecution opposed unsealing them.
