Police Make 20 Arrests in Organized Crime Case

Police in Monterrey, Mexico, arrested 18 men and two women suspected of being linked to organized crime and recovered several weapons, including three hand grenades.
Dozens of heavily armed officers made the arrests after surrounding a restaurant, said Marcelo Garza, director of investi gations for Nuevo Leon state.
Garza said an anonymous call tipped off authorities to the group, which he said included a state police officer and two former state commanders.
