Zine Seeks Disclosure of Agency Audits

City Councilman Dennis Zine said Monday that he would propose rules requiring the Department of Water and Power and the airport and harbor departments to provide City Council members, the mayor and city controller with copies of all internal audits.
Zine said the new rules were needed because of allegations that public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard had overbilled the DWP by $4.2 million.
