6 Hurt When Amtrak Train Hits Boulder

Amtrak’s California Zephyr derailed near the Colorado-Utah border after it hit a boulder the size of a pickup truck, authorities said.
Six of the 106 passengers and crew were treated at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction for minor injuries and released. Passengers continued their westbound trip by bus.
