Naval Academy Cracks Down on Drinking

From Times Wire Reports
Officials at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis announced they would use Breathalyzer tests and the threat of expulsion to force midshipmen -- even those 21 and older -- to curtail drinking.
The enforcement tactic tolerates no underage drinking or driving under the influence of alcohol. Since classes at the academy resumed last month, those 21 and older are allowed only three drinks on any given night, not to exceed a blood-alcohol content of 0.08%, the legal definition of intoxication in most states.
