From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Firefighters extinguishing a small brush fire near the interchange of the 15 and 215 freeways Sunday morning found two partly burned bodies. Sheriff’s investigators declined to speculate on the cause of death pending an autopsy.
The blaze, which was extinguished almost immediately, had been spotted by a U.S. Forest Service fire patrol.
The patrol also saw a black or dark blue Chevy Tahoe traveling at high speed south on Cajon Boulevard near West Kentwood Avenue.
Authorities request that anyone with information call (909) 387-8313.
