Three Superior Court employees filed a lawsuit in federal court Tuesday alleging their constitutional rights were violated when they were denied the right to hold a Bible study class on court property.
Mindy Barlow, Beverly Lindahl and Dalia Smith allege that it is unfair to deny them use of a vacant courtroom or jury room that other groups are allowed to use. The lawsuit contends that the three were told in April 2006 that they could no longer use the rooms they had used since 2000.
