Gap to open stores in the Philippines

Clothing retailer Gap Inc. said it had reached a deal with wholesaler Rustan Group of Cos. to open Gap and Banana Republic stores in the Philippines.
San Francisco-based Gap said it would open about eight Gap stores and four Banana Republic stores in the country.
