Law signed to ban cyber-bullying

Gov. Matt Blunt signed a bill that outlaws cyber-bullying in response to the suicide of a 13-year-old girl who was harassed on MySpace.
Megan Meier of Dardenne Prairie killed herself in October 2006, shortly after receiving mean-spirited messages.
A neighbor, Lori Drew, 49, faces charges in California, where MySpace is based. She is charged with conspiracy and accessing computers without authorization.
