Avengers spread wealth to rout Rattlers, 65-33

Quarterback Sunny Cumbie completed 15 of 29 passes for 267 yards and seven touchdown passes to lead the Avengers to a 65-33 victory Monday over the host Arizona Rattlers.
Timon Marshall, Kevin Ingram and LaShaun Ward each caught two touchdown passes. Marshall had six catches for 119 yards and Ingram caught six passes for 66 yards. Lonnie Ford also caught a touchdown pass.
The Avengers (2-0) took a 35-21 halftime lead and put the game away by outscoring the Rattlers (1-1), 30-12 in the second half.
