China’s dams: An article in Wednesday’s Section A about the threat in China of flash floods from dams and “quake lakes” used the wrong last name for an environmentalist quoted on the opposition to dam projects there. He is Peter Bosshard, policy director of International Rivers of Berkeley, not Peter Bradford.
