Thanks to Jane Engle for a very nice article [“Days of Wine, Roses, Bikes,” May 10]. My wife and I can’t wait to take our tandem up to San Luis Obispo and spend our time and money (almost) locally. We would enjoy more essays on bike-friendly towns. We all know about Santa Ynez and Napa, so how about Ventura and other Southern California destinations? How about Paso Robles? We tour on a recumbent tricycle. It’s the best.
