A man has been shot near a Harvard University dormitory in Cambridge.
The man was wounded in the stomach outside an entrance to Kirkland House, one of a dozen dorms on the university’s campus. He was hospitalized in stable condition. Police said it was unclear whether he was a student.
Harvard officials said the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident.
