What’s with all the McG bashing? “His name gets laughs, not respect.” Oh, really? With both “Charlie’s Angels” film grossing $264 and $259 million, respectively, I’d say the guy deserves a little respect.
If one doesn’t like the content of those films then I recommend McG’s “We Are Marshall,” a classic, heart-wrenching sports film featuring one of Matthew McConaughey’s best performances. When “Terminator Salvation” opens you can bet I’ll be there to see it. When it kills at the worldwide box office I won’t be at all surprised and I’ll respect McG for helming it.
