Re “U.S. recovery? He’s on board,” Nov. 4
Warren Buffett, the “Oracle of Omaha,” may be buying more than an emperor-sized train set, more than an opening to federal infrastructure funds and more than the next new old thing in transportation with his purchase of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad.
He’s also buying tens of thousands of miles of railroad right-of-way. Along much of that, the parts between cities, he could erect enormous wind and solar energy farms.
