The Plaza Hotel & Casino has capped off its Dean Martin-meets-Gucci revamp. Expect marble floors and opulent chandeliers paired with framed relics from the downtown hotel’s four-decade history. The $35-million overhaul included all guest rooms. Even the Plaza’s iconic dome lights were replaced with 48,000 energy-efficient bulbs.
