Actress Poppy Montgomery has sold her house in Brentwood for $3.856 million.
The hacienda-style home, built in 1950 and updated, is accessed through a walled and gated courtyard with a fountain.
Inside, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, three fireplaces and wrought-iron railings adorn the 3,089 square feet of interior space. A great room, an office, a library, a center-island kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms are contained within the living areas.
French doors open to a terrace with another fireplace and a swimming pool. The quarter-acre terraced lot has lawn and vineyards. Views take in the surrounding hillsides.
Montgomery, 42, starred in the police drama “Unforgettable” (2011-14) and in “Without a Trace” (2002-09).
The actress bought the property two years ago for $3.6 million, public records show, and listed it at $3.695 million.
Clifford Rowe and Andrea Tzadik of Teles Properties were the listing agents. Laurence Young of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties represented the buyer.
