Snowboarder Shaun White turns over his Hollywood Hills investment house

Olympic and X Games gold medalist Shaun White has sold his house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.3 million.
The professional snowboarder and skateboarder had listed the Midcentury Modern-style home for sale last month at $2.195 million. He bought the property six years ago for $1.7 million and had been leasing it out.
Matching dark-wood floors and ceilings are standouts at the remodeled home of 2,036 square feet. Statement chandeliers and walls of glass complete the freshened look.
A living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room are among the interior spaces. The master suite features dual vanities and a soaking tub. Decks bring in skyline views.
The quarter-acre lot contains a patio, a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool with a spa.
Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust Real Estate were the listing agents. Aouri Makhlouf of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
