Seattle Seahawks tight end Zach Miller has purchased a condominium in San Diego’s Mission Bay for $2.175 million.
The ocean-facing unit, originally built in 1986, features a remodeled floor plan with an updated kitchen, living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,635 square feet of living space.
A balcony runs parallel with the second-floor master suite. Set adjacent to the condo, an outdoor lounge with a fire pit centers on views stretching from La Jolla to Point Loma.
The 28-year-old tight end out of Arizona State is now in his fourth year with the Seahawks after beginning his career with the Oakland Raiders. He has six receptions for 76 yards in three games for Seattle this season.
The unit came to market in January with an asking price of $2.249 million, public records show. Bob Ruane of Beach Homes Real Estate was the listing agent.
