We’ve seen some interesting home-building trends pop up in recent years, from pet-washing stations to pizza ovens to outdoor kitchens. But the feature most likely to show up in a typical new home in 2016 is rather elemental: a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, according to a survey by the National Assn. of Home Builders. Here’s a look at how much closet space about $450,000 buys around Los Angeles County.
VERMONT VISTA: This renovated ranch-style home in South L.A. has new wood laminate floors, beamed ceilings and a master suite with dual vanities and a large walk-in closet.
