Outpost for Contemporary Art presents Vlatka Horvat’s performance piece “This Here and That There” -- in the swirling shallows of the L.A. River. Viewers are encouraged to come and go during the eight-hour performance, in which Horvat will arrange and rearrange 50 chairs to reflect potential dialogue, conflict and other social tableau among.
