Arrow Curtis, Wild Dog and Evelyn Sharp (Echo Kellum, Rick Gonzalez, Madison McLaughlin) become Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) new team, but some of them may not be up to the task. Emily Bett Rickards also stars. 8 p.m. KTLA
