Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta: The Southern belles are back with new episodes in this edition of the franchise (9 p.m. TLC).

Law on the Border: Police officers in Nogales, Ariz., chase drug runners and have a heated encounter with suspected smugglers that threatens to turn violent as the unscripted series moves to its regular time slot (10 p.m. Animal Planet).

Yukon Men: This new unscripted series is set in a remove Alaskan town (10 p.m. Discovery).

SPECIALS

MSNBC Special: This new special profiles Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s rise (7 and 8 p.m. MSNBC).

HGTV Urban Oasis 2012: In this new special offers a tour of a custom-designed 1,700-square-foot condo, the 20th floor of the Paramount Bay, Miami’s newest hot spot (9 p.m. HGTV).

Tower Heist: Economic news is applied to an action-comedy approach in director Brett Ratner’s 2011 caper set in a posh New York condo. The building manager (Ben Stiller) organizes fellow employees who lost money in a Ponzi scheme engineered by one of the site’s most prominent residents (Alan Alda). Eddie Murphy, Matthew Broderick, Gabourey Sidibe and Tea Leoni also star (8:15 p.m. Cinemax).
