Project Runway The designers spend an afternoon at the movies, then must create fashionable looks out of items found in a theater or on a film set. 9 p.m. Lifetime
Working the Engels Jenna’s (Kacey Rohl) very wealthy ex-client wants her to take care of a big merger for him, but Ceil (Andrea Martin) manages to put a virus into all of the office computers at the worst possible moment. 9:30 p.m. NBC
Beyond Scared Straight The season finale is set inside Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail, where a 13-year-old arsonist hatches a scheme to assault members of a rival gang. 10 p.m. A&E
Our America With Lisa Ling In the final episode of this news series, journalist Lisa Ling meets a woman in Philadelphia recovering from a kidnapping and a mother in Washington, D.C., with a missing daughter. 10 p.m. OWN
The Honorable Woman In the premiere of this new drama, a powerful British businesswoman (Maggie Gyllenhaal) is thrown head first into a game of political cat-and-mouse when a Palestinian businessman with close connections to her family’s empire is killed. With Andrew Buchan, Stephen Rea and Janet McTeer. 10 p.m. Sundance
MOVIES
Mel Brooks TCM devotes the evening to some of the lesser known — but just as funny — movies directed by Mel Brooks, starting with Ron Moody and Frank Langella in the 1970 classic “The Twelve Chairs,” 5 p.m. That’s followed at 6:45 by his 1976 “Silent Movie” — the first one made in decades — Marty Feldman, Dom DeLuise and Sid Caesar costar, 6:45 p.m. Then at 10:15, “The Dick Cavett Show With Mel Brooks” offers interviews from the classic TV talk show.
