Musician T Bone Burnett sells Brentwood home for $2.75 million

Musician T Bone Burnett has sold his Brentwood home for $2.75 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows.
The Cape Cod-inspired house, built in 1945, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,090 square feet of living space. French doors off the family room, which has a bar, open to a garden. There is a swimming pool and a spa.

The guitarist and record producer, 63, has worked with Bob Dylan, John Mellencamp and Elton John, among others. He has won multiple Grammys and last year shared an Oscar with Ryan Bingham for original song (“The Weary Kind”) for the film “Crazy Heart.”
Juliette Hohnen of Teles Properties and Ann Eysenring of Partners Trust were the listing agents. Max Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyer, according to the MLS.
