The Quaid newborns

Dennis and Kimberly Quaid’s twins were born Nov. 8 in Santa Monica to a gestational surrogate. The couple are the babies’ biological parents. The children are in stable condition. A spokesperson for the actor and his wife has said the parents hope to maintain their privacy.
