The crash was reported shortly before 12:30 a.m. on the eastbound 10 near Figueroa Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One vehicle hit the center divider and a second struck the right wall, each blocking a lane of traffic.
Two people were taken to local hospitals with complaints of pain, the Highway Patrol said. Their ages and conditions weren’t immediately available, and it wasn’t clear what caused the crash.
All lanes of the freeway had reopened by 1:30 a.m.
