“Don’t Say a Word” starring Michael Douglas and Brittany Murphy is

coming to DVD and video. In the movie, directed by Gary Fleder (“Kiss the

Girls”), the daughter of a psychiatrist is kidnapped and to save her he

needs to pry a six-digit number out of the memory of a troubled teenage

girl. Rated R. [Fox Home Entertainment]

“Nothing in Common” stars Tom Hanks, Jackie Gleason, Eva Marie Saint

and Sela Ward. It is a comedy about a man juggling his career while

helping his parents through their break up. Rated PG.

Also starring Tom Hanks, “Punchline” will debut on DVD. The movie also

stars Sally Field and John Goodman. Field stars as a housewife seeking

stardom as a comedian. Hanks plays Steven Gold, a talented comedian who

guides his friend on the path to funny. Rated R. [Columbia TriStar]

Richard Pryor and Debbie Allen star in “Jo Jo Dancer, You’re Life is

Calling.” Pryor directs himself the in the true story of a comedian

reevaluating his life after a near-death, drug related experience. Rated

R. [Columbia TriStar]

Fox Home Entertainment is releasing a 2002 Easter Collection on DVD

that includes “The Robe,” “The Bible,” “Demetrius,” and “The Gladiator.”
