Baseball: Easton tournament is loaded with top teams

Harvard-Westlake, Loyola, Alemany, Hart, Valencia, Chatsworth, El Camino Real and Oaks Christian are all part of the Easton baseball tournament that begins on March 1.

A good second game has Loyola taking on Calalabasas and first-year coach Thomas Cassidy on March 4.

Opening games on March 1: Harvard-Westlake at Birmingham, Loyola at Burbank, Dos Pueblos at Calabasas, Westlake at West Ranch, Alemany at Rio Mesa, Thousand Oaks at Quartz Hill, Chatsworth at Lancaster, Camarillo at Agoura, Valencia at Palmdale, Saugus at Burroughs, Hart at Sun Valley Poly, Newbury Park at El Camino Real, Oaks Christian at Chaminade, Moopark at Oak Park, Simi Valley at Crespi.
